TERMS AND CONDITION
User agreement: The terms and conditions page here is a legally enforceable agreement between you and freelance pioneer as a user(s). By registering, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The word Expert has been replaced with Freelancer in the user agreement. A Freelancer is a user who delivers services and tasks to clients.
Freelance services might be charged at a fixed fee, a price per hour, or a price per page. These services are referred to as projects.
Client pays funds/fee KSH500.00 to the Company to activate and become an active freelancer.
After completing a job, freelancers might produce an invoice to seek fund release from the customer.
When the customer pays the invoice, funds from the escrow account are automatically transferred to the Freelancer account via MPESA.
Client must pay within 3hrs of job completion; else, the funds will be immediately transferred to the Freelancer.
All payments for finished jobs must be made through Freelance pioneers. Any money transfer made outside of the company will result in the client's and freelancer's accounts being permanently suspended.
The freelancer must offer regular project updates on the workspace.
Workspace is the session between the customer and the Freelancer where all interaction takes place in secret. They can submit files, make payments, seek a refund, or register a job dispute.
Freelancers must complete their job on workstation within the time frame specified when they were hired. According to the Solution Inn policy statement, late submissions from freelancers will be punished.
Users, both freelancers and clients, will be punished for canceling and refunding projects without justification.
Users get frequent updates, news announcements, service messages, notices, and offers email and SMS alerts. If a user wants to stop receiving these updates, he or she may easily unsubscribe from email alerts by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or in the user account settings.
The term "user" refers to any freelancer/ client or student who uses or accesses the website.
When you carry out any task to the client and he accepts your service request, you've entered into a user contract in which you as a freelancer offer services and the client buys services. You promise to deliver the services to the other user with full responsibility, and if you do not, you will be held accountable to that user. You confirm that you are aware of all federal and international laws, as well as state and local rules, regulations, and policies that apply to you as a customer or freelancer. Both the customer and the freelancer must agree that the user contract is just a self-governing contract between the two parties.
When a user registers for account activation, SolutionInn charges the user's default payment price for membership activation instantly. These instructions will no longer be valid if your membership is suspended. If a user upgrades his account to get access to the bids, SolutionInn will instantly upgrade the user's account by invoicing the account upgrade at a certain amount.
Freelance pioneers is required to follow Default Payment Instructions and ensure that money is available to consumers in accordance with the terms and conditions
User registration: In order to use all of the website's features, all users must create an account. Your user account information must be genuine; we do not tolerate false or misleading information. Freelance pioneers have rigorous procedures in place to confirm account details, and your account may be reviewed on a regular basis and as needed.
Users are not permitted to have more than one customer or freelancer account open at the same time. If such a situation is discovered, the user account may be limited or permanently deleted for policy violations.
Cancellation and Refund of Membership: The system provides the option to revoke user membership for breaking the terms and conditions. The company will refund the user's ksh500 account activation fee and suspend the user's account.
Registration: As a customer or freelancer, submitting personal information identifies you and your account. When you register for our services, you give us permission to use the information as specified in our privacy policies. We are not, however, permitted to disclose or use your personal information with third parties without your previous authorization.
Apart from the user name, email address, password, and phone number, we do not request any personal information at the time of registration.
Personal information: Freelance pioneer collects personal information from users in order to contact them via email. This personal data is an essential component of our newsletter. We are permitted to use or disclose your information with third parties within the provisions of the privacy policy. However, under no circumstances do we rent or sell your personal information to other parties. If you do not want to receive the newsletter, you can unsubscribe via the preferences page in your account settings.
As a tutor, you are not permitted to provide your personal contact information with clients. Tutors are not permitted to take off-platform work or money from clients. Please deny and notify us if a customer offers to pay you outside of the company. If we discover that any tutor is disclosing personal contact information via chat, workplace messaging, or any other methods, you will face the following consequences:
